On 19th June the Government will launch a public inquiry to decide if the £150m regeneration of Great Homer Street should go ahead.

Project Jennifer should be successful but we need your help to convince the Government. Help us demonstrate how vital this scheme is to North Liverpool.

Work is already underway on a state-of-the-art school for Notre Dame Catholic College which will open for September 2013. The school will be built next to Lifestyles Everton Park and will be fully integrated with the local community.

Next steps

St. Modwen, working in partnership with Liverpool City Council, aims to start on the retail phase next spring. This includes the Sainsbury’s foodstore, new shops, public spaces and a new public transport interchange. Subsequent phases of the scheme, in the Marwood and Dryden Street areas, will follow the successful delivery of the retail phase.
